We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days.
We use Australia Post as our delivery courier.
According to Australia Post's guidelines:
Standard delivery (which Serpent Wallets offers for free with every domestic purchase) can take up to 7 business days. If you are ordering from Western Australia, the delivery time may take up to 14 business days, once dispatched.
Express shipping within Australia will incur an extra cost and be delivered within 1-2 days. We prioritise dispatching express orders to get them to you faster.
We will provide you tracking information with your order so you are able to monitor its progress. So that you receive the shipping information, please make sure you have listed your preferred email address at the checkout.
Yes, we ship internationally and use Australia Post as our courier.
We will provide you with a tracking number via email for you to monitor. Please be aware that tracking for international orders can only be done via email, so if no email is included, you will not be able to receive updates.
Shipping times vary for each country however, on average shipping takes 14 days.
All wallets come with complimentary 36 month warranty. You will receive a gold stainless steel card which serves as both product authentication and warranty.
Do not worry if you misplace it. Send through your order number and we can look into it for you.
Warranty will cover any product faults. It does not cover general wear and tear or intentional misuse/damage.
